All cheeses are sold subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute another suitable cheese if possible.
Please advise us if substitutions are not acceptable.
Cheeses are sent by Next Day Delivery and we can ship on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday each week Your parcel is securely wrapped and packaged to ensure it reaches its destination in perfect condition. Upon receipt, it should be refrigerated immediately.
Your delivery will be left in your nominated safe place (e.g. porch, neighbour).
To be enjoyed at its best, each piece of cheese should be eaten within two weeks of receipt.
Store your cheese in a humid, cool condition.
A fridge is often the best place, although keep it in a sealed container to prevent it from drying out and getting tainted by other items.
A cool larder or cellar (8°-12°C) can be a better place to store cheese, particularly if it’s a hard cheese.
Waxed paper is best for wrapping cheese. Clingfilm is OK to to use, but remember to use fresh Clingfilm every time you re-wrap the cheese, making sure as much air is expelled as possible.
Finally, always remember to serve your cheese at room temperature
